Tuscan cuisine restaurant in Padua

After the great success of bringing Emilian cuisine to Padua, we knew we wanted to create another authentic space, this time celebrating another of Italy’s great culinary traditions: Florentine and broader Tuscan cuisine.

To convey the essence of that region’s cuisine, we spent nearly a year studying and traveling all over Tuscany in search of uniqueness and excellence. Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Grosseto, exploring restaurants, trattorias, and small eateries to select the flavors to bring into our restaurant. Passando per Firenze offers a menu where meats are the stars, but not the only ones. Local cold cuts, rustic long pasta dishes, typical crostini, and specialties discovered in small towns. The wine cellar is also noteworthy, well-stocked with carefully selected wines from the region.

A dive into Florentine flavors and the recipes that made Dante’s city famous. Escape the chaos of daily life and rediscover the Italian soul and Tuscan culinary roots, on your way to Padua’s city center.
