Our journey began with the opening of Passando per Modena, an expression of the refined taste of Modenese specialties. From there we opened Passando per Firenze, celebrating the elegant and bold simplicity of Florentine tradition. Finally, the richness of Roman cuisine, with its iconic and flavorful dishes. Each offering tells an authentic story of sharing.
